Liquid Chromatography - Application Systems

Liquid Chromatography - Preparative

Shimadzu’s next generation HPLC-Prep systems meet the emerging demands and simplify isolation & purification of compounds through automation. The portfolio includes the Nexera Prep (HPLC Preparative System), the Nexera UC Prep (SFC Preparative System), and the UFPLC (Ultra-Fast Preparative and Purification Liquid Chromatography System), a fully automated system capable of performing preparation to recovery for LC applications. LC Columns

Shim-pack series high-quality HPLC columns achieve superior durability and performance under a wide range of analytical conditions.​ The Shim-pack series includes a diverse lineup of columns such as UHPLC/HPLC columns (reversed phase/normal phase /HILIC ), preparative columns, microscale columns, SFC columns, Size Exclusion columns, Ion Exchange columns, and Ion chromatography columns, etc.

LC Software

LabSolutions CS, a network system using a database on a server to enable centralized management of various analytical data offers full support for total compliance with various regulations and guidelines, such as CSV, PIC/S GMP, U.S. FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements. It can be used to remotely control HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and GC-MS units and load data from non-Shimadzu instruments. In addition to servers installed within the same facility, it supports various cloud services (IaaS). By linking to a LIMS, ELN, or other host system, it supports various remote solutions for achieving efficient operations.

LabSolutions MD is based on ‘Analytical Quality by Design’ (AQbD), a technique for evaluating and verifying analysis methods by clearly indicating their development background and basis.
