These process vessel systems are suitable for the development and reproduction of different chemical reaction and mixing processes.
By integrating our industrial POLYTRON® dispersers and POLYMIX® mixers, an integrated complete system is created. Additional heating or cooling units, as well as process controls and other components can be added and connected. When coupling our MEGATRON® inline dispersing units, additional requirements can be met. Operating volumes of up to 1000 liters and more are easily possible. Variants for CIP / SIP operation are available as well as variants meeting clean room conditions. Furthermore, different operating pressures and ATEX guidelines can be met.
