Evaluate and optimize drug delivery vehicles like LNPs or AAVs with protein barcodes.
Characterize multiplexed drug delivery and translation efficiency of mRNA therapeutics with lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). Multiplexed analysis of target therapeutics and drug delivery systems accelerates screening cycles, reduces resources of in vivo and in vitro models, and saves time.

Barcode mix encoded as mRNA and packaged into LNPs

Inject into mouse model; harvest target tissues

Enrich for target protein; functionalize, cleave, and sequence barcodes
Efficiently analyze protein characteristics in multiplex with protein barcodes
Multiplexed analysis of engineered proteins with peptide barcodes offers single-molecule precision and relative quantitation of expression.
Protein barcoding provides users with a robust method to screen multiple protein variants in a single pooled reaction. Individual proteins are tagged with short, unique peptide barcodes that identify each variant. With the barcoding kit, screened proteins are prepared and barcodes are released for sequencing on Platinum® Pro.

Prepare Peptide Barcodes For Single-Molecule Sequencing

Sequence Peptide Barcodes With Single-molecule Precision

Analyze Multiplexed Barcodes With Relative Quantitation
The Barcoding Kit contains reagents to prepare and immobilize barcode-tagged peptides for sequencing. Eight unique peptide barcodes are carefully designed for optimal sequencing performance with the Sequencing Kit.
When used with the Barcoding Kit, eight peptide barcodes can be uniquely identifed in a multiplexed sequencing run, providing relative quantitation with a tenfold dynamic range.
