The PROGAZE 71 is designed for VIS and NIR spectroscopic measurements in process analytical applications. It is mounted directly to tubes, reactors, or vessels, providing precise real-time data from powders, fluids, or paste-like media. The results from the quantitative or qualitative analytics allow for a continuous product quality inspection directly in the production line.
With its compact size, the low weight, and a variety of adapters and flanges a fast and easy integration into existing production lines is ensured. Fiber optic cables connect the sensor head to any standard VIS or NIR spectrometer system.
An integrated white reference allows for automatic system alignment during the running process without interruption or any interference. Dedicated variants are available to meet requirements for the operation in hygienic or hazardous areas.
