Job Description

Spinco is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong technical background in Biotechnology and a creative flair for Digital Marketing, along with 2+ years of relevant experience. In this role, you will do more than just manage social media updates — you will shape and strengthen our digital presence by transforming complex deep-tech innovations into impactful, market-ready communication.

Responsibilities

LinkedIn and Digital Presence

  • Interface with internal application teams to translate technical insights, product applications, and scientific advancements into sharp, platform-ready LinkedIn posts, carousels, and articles.
  • Drive and amplify Spinco’s digital presence by creating engaging, high-impact content strategies that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and industry recognition across digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and audience interaction and continuously optimize content to achieve monthly visibility and digital growth targets.

Campaign Management & Lead Gen

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for webinars, product launches, and industry events.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through a mix of organic strategies and paid performance marketing.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle: landing pages, emailers, creative briefs, and lead-capture forms.
  • Consolidate data across LinkedIn, Website, Email, and CRM to map the customer journey from “Awareness” to “Purchase.”
  • Build reports that tell a story—moving beyond dashboards to recommend specific “next steps.”

Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Biotechnology along with a strong background in Marketing and with 2+ years’ similar experience.
  • Having an experience in scientific digital marketing is a huge advantage.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in English.
  • The candidate should have a data-driven approach and be familiar with marketing metrics such as CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
  • The candidate should be capable of managing tasks efficiently and meeting project deadlines.
