Technical Sales Specialist

Job Description

For more than four decades, Spinco has been representing global technology pioneers in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing equipment and process analytical instrumentation across Freeze Drying, Sterilization, Parenteral Inspection (CCI/Headspace) and Process NIR/Raman Spectroscopy.

As we continue to strengthen our presence in this space, we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join the Pharmaceutical Process Technology and PAT team, where you will support the growth of our advanced and future-ready portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of strong technical understanding and sales exposure to process equipment or industrial analytical solutions represented by Spinco. Hands-on experience with relevant technologies and customer-facing technical interactions will be highly preferred and considered an advantage.

Job Locations – Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Mumbai and Pune

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales initiatives for Pharmaceutical Process Technology & PAT solutions while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete opportunity lifecycle from lead qualification to order conversion with accurate pipeline tracking using CRM tools.
  • Strengthen customer partnerships, expand portfolio adoption, and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement.
  • Travel extensively for customer meetings, technical discussions, and deliver field demonstrations with application-focused guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and global partners to support solution implementation and stay updated on Freeze Drying, Sterilization, CCIT, and PAT technologies.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on sales activities and performance; hands-on familiarity with relevant process technologies will be a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation, ECE, Biotechnology) or MSc (Chemistry, Physics, Analytical Sciences) or B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales of process equipment, industrial instrumentation, or process analytical solutions.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in at least one of the following process technologies is mandatory: Freeze Drying, Sterilization, Parenteral Inspection (CCI/Headspace), or Process NIR/Raman Spectroscopy.
  • Strong customer-facing, presentation, and application support experience.
