SP i-Dositecno Micro-Line Vial Filling Lines

SP i-Dositecno BI series compact Rotary fillers enable filling, stoppering, tip placement, pump inserting and crimping or closing machine for bottles and vials up to 50 units per minute and they are ideally suited for handling laboratory and pilot filling needs.

SP i-Dositecno compact in-line filling machine specially designed for vials from depyrogenation tunnel or from pre-sterilized tray format. The BI machine machine can fill liquid, powder, lyo product, ophthalmic and/or nasal products.
The BI filler complies to various international design standards and norms such as cGMP, USFDA, EU, CE and UL etc.
The control system is compliant to 21 CFR Part 11 and had audit trail capabilities. The Complete Documentation Package including Design and qualification documents enables addressing the specific and extended validation requirements.
