SP i-Dositecno SY Flex-Line Robotic Fillers

SP i-Dositecno Robotic solutions enable pharmaceutical manufacturers with a faster, more flexible, and costeffective way to fill different container formats using the same filling platform, responding to the growing demand for small batches, customized packaging, rapid product, and format changeovers along with a less user intervention during the filling process. This machine is prepared to work with Ready-To-Use (RTU) PFS, cartridges, vials, micro vials etc. It can also be configured for Unidose Nasal Spray applications. SP offers total flexibility with Ready-to- Use [RTU] modules to meet any application need.

The typical configuration combines various modules such as Automatic Tub Outer Bag Removal Unit, Robotic Tub Delidding, Robotic Tyvek Paper Removal, Robotic Filling and Stoppering Machine, Robotic Denesting, PFS Plunger Rod Insertion and Labelling and Vial Cap Sealing Machine
