PROGAZE 82 – Distance probe
PROGAZE 82 is used for reflectance measurements in the VIS and NIR range directly in the process. The probe enables non-contact measurements above conveyor belts or on web materials. Continuous monitoring of production processes becomes accessible even under challenging environmental conditions.
The probe can be used without restrictions with all common spectrometer systems via fiber optics. A white reference is already integrated into the probe for automatic system calibration and self-diagnosis. Dynamic status information for system monitoring is available via the electronic interface.
The homogeneous illumination and high sensitivity, combined with the distance-independent measurement signal, enable continuous monitoring of fast-moving samples, even with irregular sample surfaces (piece goods) or fluttering web materials. The probe is very low-maintenance thanks to the simple and safe lamp replacement.
