PASSBOX FOR DECONTAMINATION WITH VAPORIZED H202 AND AIR DEGASSING

De Lama’s new line of Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide pass-boxes for decontamination achieves the highest technology standards in the industry, including a series of innovations that take this product to another level.

The pass-box works with vaporized hydrogen peroxide and offers the possibility of total customization, in particular of the size and shape to adapt to the available spaces of the customer and the loads that must be carried out.

HERE SOME SPECIAL FEATURES:

• 100% frameless glass doors (to avoid any dirt retention)
• the glass doors are electrically heated to avoid any peroxide condensation
• patented De Lama ‘built-in’ peroxide generator with ionization of peroxide molecules
• ionization allows to increase the oxidizing action of the peroxide up to 20%, making the process safer and faster
• fan to facilitate the distribution of peroxide vapors inside the chamber
• total customization of capacity and shape
• possibility of reducing the footprint by remoting the technical compartment
• metal oxide catalytic filter without consumables
• possibility of creating a front compartment (alcove) for quick access to the peroxide tank
• use of commercially available peroxide, at 35%

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

• Capacity: from 500 lt. up to several cubic meters (other sizes available on request)
• Semi-automatic swing doors or automatic sliding doors
• Chamber made in AISI 316L stainless steel
• Direct chamber ventilation with fan to improve circulation of hydrogen peroxide
• Operation in ‘open loop’ with exhaust catalytic converter in ‘open loop’
